AI WORKS Debuts in China

WORKS APPLICATIONS CHINA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shanghai, China; Chairman: Tadashi Ikarugi; hereinafter "WAP China"), today announced that its next generation enterprise productivity software, AI WORKS, will be debuting in China at "AI WORKS Innovation Tour in Shanghai" on Friday, March 11th, 2016.

Challenge to Transfer Knowhow to Local Chinese Employees

Growing economic development makes China one of the most important market for Japanese corporations. Training and retaining local Chinese talent is crucial for the business expansion of Japanese corporations. Unlike Japan however, China has a high employee turnover rate therefore making it challenging to transfer knowhow and grow the local operations for Japanese corporations.

WAP will be unveiling its next generation enterprise productivity software "AI WORKS" to the Chinese market for the first time at the seminar.

Designed to break away from the traditional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) model, AI WORKS is a versatile, cloud-based Enterprise Productivity System (EPS) that improves operational efficiency and reduces manual input. This next-generation offering provides unprecedented speed, artificial intelligence capabilities, integration of productivity tools, and a focus on productivity.

Founder of Google X and co-founder and CEO of Udacity, Sebastian Thrun have made the following comment regarding AI WORKS.
