TOKYO – May 20, 2014 – Works Applications, Japan’s largest ERP software provider, is pleased to announce that it has received orders for three products: "COMPANY HCM & Payroll," "COMPANY Web Service," and "COMPANY Work & Project Management" from Sapporo Holdings Ltd.
Sapporo Holdings’ two business domains including one focused on “creating value in food” (which encompasses its food and soft drinks business, international businesses, and alcoholic beverages in Japan), and one focused on "creating comfortable surroundings" (which includes restaurants and real estate).
The food and beverage-focused division is focused on creating new and delicious products that enrich and brighten people’s lives. Sapporo’s alcoholic beverage business has an accumulated history of more than 130 years. The venue and real-estate-focused division is focused on development in urban areas to create more luxurious spaces where people can relax, such as restaurants, bars, commercial facilities, office buildings and homes.
Sapporo Holdings will promote flexible collaboration and cooperation, which is not limited by group companies or organizational frameworks in order to pursue further synergies between mutual businesses by 2016, the 140th anniversary of the founding of the company.
