As there is higher demand to handle increasing transit from domestic and international flight, the company is working on improving the quality of its services by strengtheining the hardware and software functionalities. The company has selected strategic enterprise system CRE to boost the development and operation of high-quality commercial facilities.

An operational environment to maximize profit of commercial facilities

The following three aspects were the key decision drivers of the selection.

1Capacity to handle various contract formats with standard functions.

CRE brings transparency in IT cost and prevents operations from overtly depending on specific individuals. It offers standard functions that can manage both contract forms of general commercial facilities to something as specific as airport terminal buildings. It reduces the cost from a long term investment perspective by accommodating all additional requirements (i.e. increase in the number of facilities or contract format) within its flat-rate maintenance fee.

2Improved operational efficiency with digitization of various rental management documents

One of the benefits of CRE is digitization of various documents of rental management (various tenant requests such as air conditioning time extension, shared facility reservation, settlement issuance.) Routine work is dramatically reduced because of digitization as operations such as journal entry and payment slip issuance and payment settlement are automated. Clients can in turn focus on improving services and maximizing profit of commercial facilities.

3Detailed analysis of sales trends

Information of both offices and commercial facilities can be managed with a single system, and data linkage with external systems and output of analytics can be handled in detail. In addition, planning of tenant attraction and relocation is easier as the system offers the flexibility to freely set up revenue analytics unit whether it be customer-specific, tenant-specific, and section-specific.

WAP supports effective commercial facility management backed up by data by offering "COMPANY" with accumulated know-how in commercial facility management.
