Comments by Mr. Yasutaka Iio, Manager of Human Resources Department, Mitsuba Corporation
“What we want to do is to find out people, from 53 companies in 18 countries, who can contribute to the growth of Mitsuba Group and help their development. With focus on the skills and wills of each employee, we wanted to take advantage of AI-infused AI WORKS to promote high-performance strategic talent management not relying on experiences and guesswork. That is the idea for deploying AI WORKS. In the company-wide evaluation, I received positive feedback like, “The new system is easy to use” and “Very responsive and easy to find what we look for”. That made me feel relieved to be honest, and at the same time very happy to know that the system was actually helping our employees. However, we still have a long way to achieve our ultimate goal. With WAP as our partner, we will make the best use of features in various operations to promote high-performance management of global talents and drive effective development and management of our employees at the field level.
WAP will continue in our effort to support the business driven by people of Mitsuba with system infrastructure technologies.
