Retaining top talents to support growth through brand reinforcement and QSC

Taiwan Skylark recognizes that brand reinforcement and QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) enhancement are critical for success in Taiwan. In order to achieve the goals, providing a working environment where top talents can continue to thrive long-term is critical. Corresponding to this, Taiwan Skylark is to design a working environment that helps retaining talents by allowing flexible work hours as well as result oriented compensation model. The company has chosen COMPANY to support the initiative as the system supports flexible shift design for employees with diverse employment agreement as well as real-time monitoring of late arrivals, absence, and overtime. The system also prevents “buddy punching” by linking with fingerprint-based time clock and facilitates the accommodation of increasingly strict regulatory requirement by the Taiwan Council of Labor Affairs.

Improving efficiency and work environment to retain top talents with COMPANY

The following three benefits were critical in Taiwan Skylark’s decision to select COMPANY.

1. Ability to flexibly/efficiently schedule shifts to accommodate diverse employment agreement; ability to enhance labor management at restaurant level.
2.  Ability to support business practices and law regulations across countries as the company prepares to expand Taiwan operation to other markets.
3. Ability to dramatically reduce cost by improving work efficiency.
WAP will continue to support improving return on IT investment of global enterprises, including Taiwan Skylark.
