Works Applications Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Executive Director and CEO: Masayuki Makino; hereinafter "WAP") is pleased to announce that we will hold a seminar entitled "COMPANY Forum 2011" with the theme "Towards the recovery of Japan: What companies can do now."
Background of seminar
Since the Lehman Shock in 2009, companies have undertaken various management efforts and we are beginning to see signs of recovery. But in the midst of that, the Tohoku-Pacific Ocean Earthquake struck in March 2011, resulting in unprecedented damage. How can Japan push past the many risk factors of this kind in the external environment and how can they plan rebuilding? Currently, in order to maintain the financial strength of companies and to once again make all of Japan a vibrant country, a new force with an eye toward reconstruction is demanded. In consideration of this background, the theme of "COMPANY Forum 2011" has been set as "Towards the recovery of Japan: What companies can do now." and various contents have been prepared.
Date/time: September 15, 2011, 13:00 to 18:15 (Reception starts at 12:30.)
Location: ANA Intercontinental Hotel Tokyo
