Japan High-Service Top 300 is awarded to companies and organizations seeking to advance methods which contribute to improved productivity. At this time, WAP has been highly evaluated and selected for its original hiring measures and methods for human resource development, such as its “Problem-solving Ability Discovery Internship” which receives more than 30,000 applications a year.

Under a company policy of “Providing exciting opportunities for Japanese critical workers,” WAP has strongly valued the hiring of excellent human resources with logical thinking ability and the ability to change their thinking, even since its establishment. As a hiring measure to assess ability, the “Problem-solving Ability Discovery Program” for mid-career hopefuls began in 1999, and “Problem-solving Ability Discovery Internship” for university graduates began in 2002.
