Visualization of the ability of the engineer, and connecting it to the development of human resources
Recognizing the need to train human resources with both strong technical ability and excellent humanity in order to succeed in the harsh technical competition with other companies, Kyocera has introduced its Engineer Ability Development and Support System as its new human resource system. In this system the image of an ideal engineer is clearly identified, and the required special abilities and competency of such persons can be visualized. This system has been placed as a systematic human resource development system in order to provide support to various approaches in the training of human resources in the workplace, as well as to encourage self-growth by the engineers. The purpose of adopting COMPANY Learning Management at this time is to more effectively utilize this system, with the goal of carrying out seamless data collaboration with the existing COMPANY HCM & Payroll, maximizing the individual characteristics of each engineer, and further improving technical capability.
As comprehensive human resource training, the HCM System integrates ability development and human resource management
COMPANY Learning Management promotes HCM (Human Capital Management), in order to harness company personnel as an important company resource, and to support the human resource strategy of the company, by the integrated management of personnel and training information in major companies. Not only is related information of each employee managed, but information on employee skills and operations to provide training information according employee ability is also possible. Since group training reception and the progress of the education of each employee can be managed, individual costs can be integrated and managed, and data related to company personnel can be effectively utilized. Moreover, functions such as LMS are available to provide e-Learning.
